Before you email
A few things that usually help:
- Try the “Reset app” button in Settings. It clears your profile and lets you start fresh. None of your data is on our servers — everything lives on your device — so resetting truly wipes it.
- Check that the app is up to date in the App Store.
- If you’ve changed dietary needs, head to Settings → each preference (Textures, Allergies, Intolerances, Safe foods) to update them.

Can Eat, Will Eat is a meal idea tool for people with sensory food preferences and dietary needs. It’s not medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or manage any health condition. If you have concerns about your eating, please speak to your GP or a registered dietitian.

Your profile, the meals you’ve added, and your interaction history all live on your device. Nothing leaves it. See the privacy policy for details.
